Fabulous But Not Fancy
The spring is approaching and I am excited about all the fabulous plus size fashion lines. However, I struggle with what to wear when I lounge around the house with a guest, run an errand to pick up a sandwich at the corner market, or meet someone for coffee without looking overdressed or trying to hard. I need the balance of fabulous but not fancy. With me working from home full time, the energy to get dressed is almost a “chore” and with this always “fab” mentality sometimes I just get exhausted thinking about it. I am not sure if its an laziness or am getting to old to be at a 100% all the time, but it would be nice to find a balance that encompasses the “fancy” without all the work.
Recently, I been on the hunt to find a few wardrobe pieces that can turn fancy down and fab up with a little bit of “she” to accessorize. Check out these cool looks…
Coffee Break or Lunch Meetup. Whether it’s catching up with your friends, scoping for potentials, or meeting your “soulmate” during the day to chat. Bring “SHE” with the tank top, sweat pants, clutch bag, and maybe spice it up with jewels. Bring your fab to fancy. Outfit by: GStageLove.com
Comfy Enough – Whether you lounging around the house with this cotton shirt and legging ensemble or slipping on those flats/booties to run an errand of two. Supermarket, Nail/Beauty Salon, Lunch, whatever errand it is this look is Super Simple. No fuss! Outfit by: Onor via Etsy
All Day in the House/Morning Errand – A “sexy” enough tee shirt paired up with some boy shorts to feel sexy in the house all day. Or run an early morning errand and look fabulous enough for the men to say “Hello Sunshine”. My favorite. Outfit: Damn Sexy Wide Neck Tee – HipandCurves.com
Stay fierce.

Love this! I am the same way.. I am a student and all of my classes are online, it is so easy just to stay in my comfy pyjamas all day.. and sometimes it doesn’t feel like it is worth getting all dressed up! These are some good options
Thanks xo
@CurvyStudio I agree. I stay in pajamas/workout pants all day and to walk the dog. When someone call me, I almost faint to get dressed. So I try to find easy glam ideas without all the fuss. Super simple. Thanks for following GlamCurvy!
