I am 5’7 and wear a size 14/16 and I can feel the extra weight around my waist, thighs, and boobs as I get older. I don’t want to be skinny but just healthier. About 7 years ago, I lost about 50lbs and gain back about 20 lbs overtime. Ideally, losing 15-20 lbs would be awesome right now but I HATE working out. Now I do walk my dog everyday which gives me about 30 mins of a lite walk but no heart beat increase. It probably just help me maintain my weigh enough to slow down the rapid weight gain. This spring, my goal is to carry my “lazy” butt to the park at least 3 times a week and walk for 30-45 minutes briskly to start this healthy process and have a little less wine and sugar, too! WALK off the weight that’s my GOAL.
Well we know the”skinnies”is taking over the gyms, parks, and streets with their committed energy, petite bodies, and fancy workout gear. Right now, committing myself to their energy levels or desiring those petite bodies is not in my thought process. But the workout gear.. WE can SLAY it!
